The Raised Deck Sukkah in Brooklyn, NY

This project features a large Shadeck® pergola Sukkah built directly off the main living and dining areas of the home, set on a raised timber deck supported by stilts. The elevated position creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection while making full use of the space below.

Executive Pergolas installed a full-size aluminium pergola with a retractable ShadeDeck® roof system that opens and closes smoothly, allowing for both open-air use and full coverage when needed. Timber beams are added for Sukkos, enabling a quick and simple setup with Schach, and removed afterwards to return the space to a clean, everyday outdoor area.

Retractable Screenwalls® are currently being manufactured (for installation in time for the summer) which will further enclose the space for Sukkos and extend usability in different weather conditions.
