This Melbourne home was enhanced with a 13-by-20-foot ShadeDeck® Pergola, perfectly positioned off the living room and primary suite to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The pergola features a retractable ShadeDeck® roof that glides smoothly under a protective pelmet when not in use, ensuring long-lasting durability against the elements.

To fully enclose the pergola, Executive Pergolas installed manual ScreenWalls in a translucent charcoal mesh. This fabric allows natural light to filter through while preserving open views, ideal since privacy was not a concern for this property. The manually operated design makes the ScreenWalls Shabbos and Sukkos friendly, offering flexibility to close for shelter or open for fresh air and connection to the garden.
